One of the better baseball coaching tips to always remember is that playing good baseball requires clever use of the mind and not just the body.
It has the typical brightly coloured sim game art style and some nice touches of humour. Overall - As much criticism as I've heaped upon Sim - City, don't get the idea that I don't enjoy it.

Sim - City Build - It is a freemium version of Sim - City, available on the Play Store as well as the App Store.
Unfortunately, "stock" appears to be an issue for Amazon, as while the option exists, Amazon's Sim City 4 download is "currently unavailable". Given the reputation that EADM has developed amongst users, however, it might be best to look to other sources for your Sim City 4 fix.
