This course is an introductory course that provides the enquiring medical mind with theory, and practical experience of the human system. The personal relationship among the human systems is emphasized so that the student can study the human body as a whole. Topics in this course includes: interrelationship and integration of body systems, homeostatic mechanisms as they relate to health and diseases, the cell, body tissues, the integumentary system, the skeleton, bone and cartilage formation, the joins, along with the muscular system.
